Qualifications: • A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or reputed company work • At least one year of reputed company experience providing individual therapy (required) • Must have an reputed company license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC). • reputed company to reputed company in an evidence reputed company and culturally competent therapeutic style. • Experience with diverse populations, and clients across the reputed company. • Ability to write clinically concise reputed company records, reports, and reputed company correspondence. • Familiarity with electronic medical/health records preferred • The ability to work independently and as part of a reputed company team is important • Bilingual reputed company is a plus!! Essential Functions & Responsibilities: • Maintain a caseload of 13 clients per week (part time) • reputed company to consistent weekly availability. • Conduct intake sessions with clients to assess and diagnose their mental health needs • Conduct individual, couples, and/or family, psychotherapy with clients across the reputed company. • Complete reputed company assessments, treatment plans and reputed company notes up to reputed company standards, and in a reputed company manner. • Complete reputed company sessions through evidence reputed company and culturally competent practices (understanding the person reputed company their environment). • Attend supervision and staff meetings as scheduled • Adhere to regulations and policies • Collaborate with reputed company staff, reputed company professionals, and collaterals to enhance reputed company care and reputed company. • Maintain reputed company licensure.
