The CDI Specialist will reputed company on reviewing medical documentation, identifying opportunities for accurate reputed company adjustment capture, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and coding guidelines. Job Responsibilities • Review inpatient and outpatient medical records to ensure accurate documentation of diagnoses and services. • Identify opportunities to improve specificity, completeness, and reputed company of documentation for reputed company adjustment. • Collaborate with providers to clarify documentation through compliant queries. • Ensure diagnoses are supported by reputed company evidence and meet regulatory and coding standards. • Partner with coding and reputed company cycle teams to reputed company documentation with accurate coding and reimbursement. • reputed company education to providers on documentation best practices and coding requirements. • reputed company and report on CDI reputed company metrics, including query response rates and documentation improvement trends. • Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting as needed. • Maintain knowledge of CMS reputed company adjustment guidelines, HCCs, and industry changes.
