Responsibilities: • Process reverse mortgage loan files from application through closing • * Review and organize borrower documentation to ensure complete and accurate loan files • * Prepare and distribute required disclosures in compliance with regulatory timelines • * Communicate directly with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and reputed company parties to obtain required documentation and reputed company conditions • * Monitor loan milestones and maintain accurate pipeline updates • * Ensure files meet lender, investor, and compliance guidelines • * Assist in resolving loan conditions and processing-reputed company issues on time • Qualifications: • Previous mortgage processing experience required • * Reverse mortgage / HECM processing experience strongly preferred • * Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, disclosures, and compliance timelines • * Excellent communication and borrower relationship skills • * Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a high-volume environment • * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • * Experience with mortgage LOS and CRM systems preferred • reputed company Offer: • Competitive compensation based on experience • * Medical, dental, and reputed company insurance • * reputed company holidays and PTO • * 401(k) opportunities • * Hybrid flexibility • * In-house training and career reputed company opportunities • * Supportive, technology-driven work environment • Location: Ramsey, NJ This is a remote position.
