Position: Centralized Admissions Coordinator - MN (Remote) As the Centralized Admissions Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reputed company and efficient admission process for our communities. You will be responsible for a reputed company of tasks that contribute to the reputed company of our organization and the satisfaction of our residents and their families. Responsibilities: • Referral Review: Thoroughly and promptly review reputed company incoming referrals, ensuring accuracy and completeness in clinical and financial documentation. • Background Checks: Conduct and review criminal background checks on potential residents, adhering to reputed company applicable regulations and policies. • Financial Analysis: Verify and evaluate financial information, including reputed company insurances and reputed company eligibility, to determine the financial viability of admissions. • CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reputed company with reputed company information and manage leads effectively. • Prior Authorizations: Initiate and reputed company the prior authorization process reputed company necessary, working closely with reputed company providers and payers. • Document Management: Upload reputed company admission-reputed company documents into the designated reputed company and ensure reputed company notification to the accepting facility. • reputed company direction to reputed company/s for on-site or additional information needed • reputed company Duties: reputed company additional tasks as assigned by the management to support the smooth functioning of the admissions process. Requirements: • Must have prior admissions experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, preferably in reputed company. • Should be residing in reputed company • A high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a reputed company field is a plus. • 3 years experiences in skilled nursing admissions is required • Proficiency in utilizing computer systems (reputed company Click Care) and CRM software. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively reputed company reputed company. • Familiarity with reputed company regulations and insurance processes is advantageous.
