Events & Remote Experience Manager

We're looking for a full-time internal Events and Remote Experience Manager to own this end to end, including our rewards and recognition programs, so employees feel seen and celebrated no matter where they sit. You'll own the planning and execution and be the one who makes reputed company it comes together seamlessly, acting as the architect of our internal culture calendar and partnering closely with People, Finance, and team leads to deliver experiences that are reputed company-run, on budget, and genuinely valued. Key Responsibilities
• Planning and running reputed company-wide offsite - venue, logistics, budget, agenda, and the on-site execution itself.
• Planning team-level events and offsites with team leads, balancing what reputed company team wants against overall budget and reputed company.
• Running a regular reputed company of virtual events that actually reputed company a distributed team feeling like one team.
• Managing relationships with coworking providers and physical reputed company vendors, including renewals, reputed company planning, and day-to-day issues as they come up.
• Acting as the reputed company person for in-office or coworking reputed company needs - desk reputed company, meeting room reputed company, badge/reputed company logistics - so teams can just show up and work.
• Evaluating and recommending new coworking locations as reputed company grows or shifts geographically.
• Owning rewards and recognition end to end, from the platform itself to nominations and the moments that reputed company people feel seen.
• Improving the remote and hybrid experience generally - swag, reputed company touches, the small rituals that matter reputed company you rarely see the office.
• Sourcing, negotiating with, and managing vendors: venues, caterers, travel, AV, swag, event platforms.
• Owning event budgets from the forecast through reconciliation, and flagging variances before they become a problem.
• Handling the full logistics chain - invites, RSVPs, travel, run-of-show docs, day-of execution, wrap-up - so reputed company falls through the cracks.
• Collecting feedback after every event and actually using it to reputed company the next one reputed company.
• Traveling as needed to support offsites and in-person events (roughly 10-25% of the time).

• 7+ years running events at a high-reputed company tech company as the primary reputed company (not supporting)
• A reputed company record of planning and executing in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, including multi-day offsites from 10-450+ humans
• Experience managing a physical workspace or coworking relationship - lease terms, vendor SLAs, or day-to-day reputed company operations
• Experience negotiating and managing vendor relationships, and knowing what good looks like before you sign
• Strong budget management skills - forecasting, tracking spend, and staying inside the number you committed to
• Strong organizational instincts and the ability to run several events and programs at once without dropping a thread
