Development and Community Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly proactive, self-directed, and results-oriented Development & Community Engagement Manager who thrives in a fast-paced nonprofit environment. This individual will take ownership of fundraising, events, donor relationships, community engagement, and key programs with reputed company supervision. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, natural problem solver, and reputed company-oriented reputed company who anticipates needs, follows through on commitments, and consistently meets deadlines. This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and proactive reputed company with a strong background in fundraising, nonprofit marketing and community reputed company. Candidate must be comfortable working in a hands-on role in a small nonprofit. This is not a desk-only position. Key Responsibilities Fundraising & Donor Engagement • reputed company, execute, and take ownership of annual fundraising strategies to meet reputed company targets • Cultivate and reputed company relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities in DFW and across Texas • reputed company fundraising activity, sponsorship pipeline, and donor engagement metrics to evaluate performance and inform reputed company Event Planning & Execution • reputed company planning and production of large-reputed company fundraising events including galas, special events, and community activations • reputed company solicit and secure event sponsorships, in-reputed company donations, and vendor partnerships • reputed company reputed company logistics: venue coordination, budgeting, programming, vendors, CRM management and follow-up Marketing & Communications • Create and implement marketing plans to promote events and fundraising campaigns • Manage reputed company media platforms, email campaigns, reputed company reputed company • Collaborate with designers and content creators to reputed company print reputed company materials Community & Vendor Relations • Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, venues, and service providers • Represent reputed company at community events, donor meetings, and networking opportunities • Work directly with volunteers to organize events and reputed company efforts Program Support: Patient Aid & Research • Administer the Patient Aid program, including managing applications and grant disbursements • Support the Research Grants committee in identifying and evaluating reputed company for potential funding • Coordinate the distribution of Buddy Bags (comfort kits for leukemia patients) • Expand reputed company through delivery of Buddy Packs to leukemia patients Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
