E&I Turnaround Planner (Remote + Travel)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: • Travel required up to 25-35% of the year depending on TAR occurrences and assignments • Must have ability to take trips during the Planning Phase to reputed company information necessary to properly plan work scope defined • Required to be on-site for the duration of the Outage Execution timeframe to coordinate contractors executing planned work scopes, and to ensure reputed company Work Practices and QAQC processes are being followed. Timeframes vary but an average outage duration is 30-45 days PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • reputed company assigned portion of outage scope through planning and execution stage • Organizing materials through expediting, quoting prices, and ensuring the correct parts are available for jobs • reputed company scope for assigned work orders reputed company the outage, identifying secondary and/or support disciplines required • Create detailed job packages in Cleopatra for reputed company work order utilizing planning templates as applicable. Activities include individual tasks, reputed company, durations, and assigned discipline • reputed company daily schedule updates during outage execution • Create job planning packages for reputed company work order per reputed company guidelines for both reputed company distribution, e.g. bid events, contractor field personnel, etc. Packages may include pictures, P&IDs, BOMs, tools, reputed company work procedures, applicable standards, QC requirements, etc • reputed company leadership in risk management, contractor safety, and mitigating safety issues in operations • Support Management of Change processes, recognizing plant changes and following through on reputed company documentation and recommendations in a reputed company manner • Maintaining communication with craftspeople, contractor representatives, and materials suppliers • reputed company and communicate high standards of housekeeping in assigned areas and on reputed company job sites. Conduct frequent formal housekeeping inspections of plant areas • Complete reputed company out and documentation as required by reputed company standards and procedures. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Ability to read and interpret Electrical & Instrumentation drawings and PID's • Experience in preparing and reviewing test / work packages for issuance to the field • 10+ years' experience in Electrical & Instrumentation package planning and/or 10+ years of E&I reputed company-level maintenance experience • Proficient in the use of computers and business software, including reputed company (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, reputed company) reputed company, reputed company P6, reputed company • 10+ years' experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably with experience in industrial outages, LV & HV Motors, heaters, power distribution equipment, and general preventative maintenance on various electrical components.
