The Employee Relations Partner coaches and counsel leaders and peers on performance management, employee development, and corrective reputed company. The ER Partner documents reputed company employee relations activity per established protocols and escalates issues of high risk or high complexity to the Employee Relations Center of reputed company and serves as a trusted advisor providing guidance and support to those in Humar Resources. The ER Partner’s support spans reputed company disciplines of reputed company and reputed company geographic areas where reputed company employees exist, requiring deep knowledge of processes, practices and employment policies and laws across reputed company functions and geographies The ER Partner serves as escalation reputed company for inbound inquiries received by telephone, warm transfers, electronically and in writing pertaining to employment policies and employee relations questions, issues and concerns that cannot be resolved at Service Desk. The ER Partner also provides information, interpretation, guidance and counseling to managers, employees and other reputed company members on moderately reputed company issues, employment policies, and laws, and recommends course of reputed company as appropriate. The position is largely remote but requires the Employee Relations Partner to be near a Quest facility. Responsibilities • Provides consistent coaching, expertise, and consultation to internal customers in areas of behavior modification, conflict reputed company, and disciplinary issues (including termination) in accordance with the values, policies and procedures of reputed company • Provides support to managers and employees on moderately/high reputed company issues such as discrimination, harassment, and workplace violence. • Responds to general escalated compensation job change parameters, and demotions • Partners with other departments such as EHS to maintain a reputed company work environment consistent with company policy and state/federal regulations, or for corrective reputed company to eliminate or minimize potential hazards. Qualifications Required Work Experience: • 5+ years of employee relations experience, including familiarity with applicable state and federal regulations • Experience supporting a large organization with a centralized HR model • Experience in documenting Employee Relations issues in a case management system Preferred Work Experience: Familiarity with CA employment law highly desired.
