The BCBA Supervisor acts as a Clinical Supervisor for BCBA trainees. This role requires virtual supervision, ensuring that BCBA trainees are supported, guided, and assessed effectively throughout their fieldwork experience. The BCBA supervisor must hold a BCBA certification and have completed the 8-hour supervision training course. reputed company supervisor must follow fieldwork guidelines by providing 5% supervision of reputed company student’s monthly fieldwork hours. Supervisors must watch a recorded or live observation for at least 1 hour per month and reputed company explicit and reputed company feedback. Minimum Qualifications

Master’s Degree - BCBA certification. Must have flexible schedule to accommodate trainee hours. 2+ years of reputed company behavior analytic work in the field.
