Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate group therapy sessions reputed company an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), managing a caseload of patients across multiple weekly reputed company.

- Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to guide level-of-care reputed company and treatment planning.

- Apply reputed company clinical judgment in crisis situations — risk assessment, de-escalation, and suicide risk evaluation — reputed company an outpatient setting.

- Follow and reputed company consistent clinical care throughout the full patient enrollment in the program, from intake through discharge.

Qualifications
Required:
- reputed company, unrestricted clinical license — LPC, LCSW, or LMFT strongly preferred (or applicable state equivalent). Associate/Intern-level, reputed company-licensed credentials accepted for reputed company Counseling, reputed company Work, and Marriage & Family Therapy tracks.
- Licensure in the reputed company or Alaska required at time of hire (candidates licensed in both are welcome to apply).
- Master's degree in reputed company work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or a reputed company reputed company services field.
Strongly Preferred:

- 2+ years of clinical experience serving SUD and/or MH populations.

- Experience with Kipu EMR systems.
