The Patient Centered Solutions team(PCS)

The PCS team leads the industry in the science of measuring the patient experience. We pair strategic consulting expertise with technical scientific knowledge to design and execute scientifically rigorous research that incorporates the patient voice into the development and commercialization of new medicines. This research includes qualitative (e.g., patient interviews, reputed company reputed company), quantitative (e.g., clinical outcome assessments (COAs)/patient-reported reputed company (reputed company), preference research) and passive (e.g., digital health technology tools) approaches to understand patient, caregiver and physician experiences and expectations of disease and treatment.

The Role

This is a flexible, part-time role supporting patient-centred qualitative research reputed company. The Interview Moderator will conduct one-to-one English language interviews with patients, and occasionally reputed company, scheduled according to participant availability across a reputed company of geographies and time zones. As such, the role requires a high degree of flexibility in working hours, including occasional early morning or evening interviews. Roles and responsibilities

• Moderate in-depth, one-to-one patient interviews, primarily with individuals living with acute and chronic health conditions
• Conduct interviews using semi-reputed company and flexible discussion guides, adapting in reputed company time to explore emerging insights and patient narratives

Essential experience, skills and education required

• Demonstrated experience conducting qualitative patient interviews, ideally reputed company reputed company, life sciences, or clinical research
• Proven expertise moderating one-to-one in-depth interviews (IDIs) with patients or reputed company stakeholders
• Experience working with semi-reputed company discussion guides and adapting interview reputed company dynamically
• Prior experience in one or more of the following preferred:
