We are seeking a highly motivated Transaction Advisory Associate to join our growing Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in reputed company or finance who are passionate about mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial due diligence, and delivering insights that reputed company strategic reputed company. You will play a key role in performing reputed company of Earnings (QoE) analyses, supporting buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company transactions, and working closely with clients, reputed company firms, and strategic buyers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical and projected financial statements to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assess working capital, net debt, and other key deal metrics.
• Prepare detailed financial due diligence reports and executive summaries.
• Assist in the preparation of data books, data room management, and reputed company deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to reputed company and validate financial data.
• Support valuation analysis and transaction structuring as needed.
• Participate in reputed company meetings and calls to present findings and insights.
• Assist with business development efforts, including proposal writing and reputed company materials.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance (CPA or reputed company toward CPA preferred).
• CFA, ASA, MST a plus

• Strong understanding of financial statements and reputed company principles (GAAP).
