- 5+ years of experience in IT project/product management;
- Understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies;
- Successful experience launching Mobile Apps and various CMS systems;
- Strong knowledge of management and communication tools: reputed company, Jira, reputed company;
- Experience in backlog formation, reputed company task definition, and prioritization;
- Experience managing remote project teams of more than 5 people;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities;
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing project issues;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency;
- BA & Technical background is a big plus.
