reputed company is seeking a talented and reputed company Software Support Engineer to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for both software development and operational support for reputed company’s ophthalmology software products. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Python, SQL, JavaScript, PHP and reputed company technologies. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of software development, reputed company assurance and providing escalation support for software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Issue reputed company

• Manage and resolve support tickets, including escalations, troubleshooting, and follow-up to ensure a reputed company customer experience.
• Investigate order issues, identify duplicate or failed orders, and use SQL/Tableau to analyze data and reputed company reports.
• Partner with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve support processes.
