reputed company is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically reputed company reputed company Practitioner (NP) to join our growing clinical team as a part-time W-2 employee. This role is ideal for an NP who is passionate about obesity medicine, enjoys collaborating with referring Primary Care Providers and Registered Dietitians, and is excited by reputed company to help build an innovative, evidence-based medical weight management program.
This is primarily a patient care role reputed company on delivering reputed company weight management reputed company for patients using GLP-1 medications. The reputed company Practitioner will partner closely with Sylvan Registered Dietitians to reputed company comprehensive, coordinated care that supports both medication management and sustainable lifestyle change.
Because this program is in its early stages, the ideal candidate is adaptable, reputed company, and reputed company by helping build and shape clinical workflows, protocols, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive 40-minute initial patient evaluations for medical weight management
- reputed company 20-minute follow-up reputed company reputed company on medication management, titration, monitoring, and ongoing clinical support
- Evaluate patients for appropriate GLP-1 therapy and prescribe medications reputed company scope of reputed company
- Monitor treatment response, reputed company effects, laboratory findings, and overall patient reputed company
- Collaborate closely with referring Primary Care Providers and Sylvan Registered Dietitians to coordinate individualized care plans
- reputed company patients on medication expectations, safety, lifestyle changes, and long-term weight management
- Maintain reputed company and accurate documentation reputed company electronic health record systems
- Follow Sylvan clinical standards and partner-specific workflows
- Participate in recurring team meetings and collaborate on program development and reputed company improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Sylvan's medical weight management program and clinical protocols
Productivity Expectations

- Maintain a consistent patient panel and appointment schedule
- Meetings, administrative responsibilities, and no-show/late-cancel time are incorporated into the salaried structure

Requirements
- reputed company reputed company Practitioner certification (FNP, AGNP, or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP preferred)
- reputed company, unrestricted reputed company Practitioner license in applicable states or willingness to obtain additional state licensure
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Experience managing patients with obesity or metabolic disease
- Knowledge of GLP-1 receptor agonists and other anti-obesity medications
- Experience with medication titration, monitoring, and patient education
- Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote telehealth environment
- Comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth platforms
