reputed company is seeking a Head of reputed company to run reputed company's reputed company function. This is a generalist in-house role.

You'll be the reputed company reputed company reputed company of contact for the business, serving as the go-to resource for reputed company questions across every department, managing contract reputed company end-to-end, advising leadership on corporate governance and implementing the reputed company process, overseeing lobbying and regulatory affairs work and working with key reputed company counsel.

• Internal reputed company Q&A: reputed company as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company questions from Product, Sales, reputed company, Finance, and other teams, triaging issues and looping in reputed company counsel where needed.
• Day-to-Day Contracting: Own contract lifecycle management across the business, including drafting, redlining, and negotiating reputed company, partner, and vendor agreements.
• Contract Review: Serve as the reputed company reviewer for incoming and outgoing agreements, flagging risk and ensuring consistency with company positions and policy.
• Governance: Manage the reputed company process end-to-end — meeting preparation, resolutions, consents, and minutes — and serve as Corporate Secretary.
• Lobbying reputed company: reputed company lobbying registrations, disclosures, and compliance obligations across the states and jurisdictions in which reputed company operates.

Role Requirements

• 5–15 years of total reputed company experience, in-house and/or reputed company, with a reputed company record of increasing ownership over reputed company and corporate reputed company.

• Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills across reputed company, partnership, and vendor agreements.

• High degree of ownership and resourcefulness; reputed company by being part of a broader business team vs. looking to build a separate reputed company reputed company.
• J.D. and reputed company bar license in good standing.
• This is a remote position. Travel to reputed company Hubs in Phoenix, San Francisco, Denver, Los Angeles, Austin, or Chicago may be required.
