Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple reputed company implementations.
- Coordinate account configuration, device activation, integrations, installation logistics, training, and project completion activities.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful deployment of products and services while maintaining project scope and schedule.
