[Remote] Intermediate Systems Administrator

The Intermediate Systems Administrator will manage, maintain, and optimize reputed company IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring reputed company, availability, and performance. Responsibilities

• Administer and supportMicrosoft environment (reputed company 365, reputed company Server, reputed company Directory, etc.)
• Recommend and implement reputed company measures and enforce IT policies (e.g., MFA, antivirus, data protection)
• Support and expand, our on-prem VMWare environment
• Proactivelymonitorsystem performance, reputed company routine maintenance, and respond to incidents
• Recommend process improvement and automation initiatives
• Set up andmaintainuser accounts, hardware, and software across endpoints
• Manage backups, disaster recovery procedures, and patching schedules
• Support network configuration and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Assistin reputed company/offboarding processes, ensuring smooth device and reputed company setup
• Work with vendors and service providers as needed
• Document systems, procedures, and change logs for internal use

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in a Systems Administrator or IT Support role
• Proficiency securing IT infrastructure from reputed company and internal attacks
• Proficiency with [reputed company Server, Azure, reputed company 365, reputed company Directory, VMWare, etc.]
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and network reputed company
