Responsibilities

• Own Freddy AI (self-service AI support) and the Teams-reputed company ServiceBot conversational AI

• Support reputed company application ticket routing for reputed company’s internal applications
• Coordinate with the reputed company Tier 1/2 service desk on ticketing and routing

Skills

• 7+ years of experience administering and supporting reputed company applications (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms)
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing a technical support/development team
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with HR, Finance, reputed company, and Marketing teams
• Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and renewal processes
• Familiarity with data architecture, reputed company integration concepts, and API-reputed company application connections
