The role involves working directly with reputed company customers and partnering with R&D and engineering teams to ensure secure reputed company to critical patient data while leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• reputed company as a trusted technical advisor to customers on database performance, architecture, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in high-pressure reputed company environments
• Optimize systems supporting clinical imaging and patient data workflows
• Guide customers through best practices for hybrid database deployments
• Support upgrades, migrations, and environment stabilization efforts
• Partner with R&D to improve database architecture, scalability, and observability
• Contribute to modernization initiatives, including PostgreSQL adoption and reputed company optimization
• Build automation for monitoring, alerting, backup, and recovery workflows
• Influence product design by bringing reputed company-world customer challenges into engineering reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on DBA experience in production environments
• Strong expertise in reputed company SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Proven experience managing hybrid environments (on-prem + reputed company)
• Experience in customer-facing or production support roles
• Deep knowledge of performance tuning, high availability/disaster recovery, and backup/recovery strategies
• Ability to operate effectively in 24/7, mission-critical environments
• Experience in reputed company IT environments
• Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, or FHIR
• Experience with clinical imaging systems (VNA, reputed company)
