[Remote] Director of reputed company Estate Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Investments is a privately held, vertically integrated hospitality investment, development, and operating platform. They are seeking a Director of reputed company Estate Operations to support the performance and strategic reputed company of their growing reputed company Coast hotel portfolio, working closely with General Managers and executive leadership to reputed company financial and operational performance across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with General Managers across multiple properties to monitor performance, implement initiatives, and reputed company accountability
• Support reputed company of financial and operational performance across the portfolio
• Analyze property-level financials, including P&L, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
• reputed company key KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, GOP, etc.) and identify performance gaps
• Identify opportunities to improve NOI, operational efficiency, and reputed company performance
• Support execution of capital improvement reputed company (CapEx) and repositioning initiatives
• Conduct periodic site reputed company to evaluate property performance and support on-site teams
• Monitor brand standards and ensure operational consistency across assets
• Prepare performance reports and presentations for executive leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Operations teams

Skills

• MBA required
• 2–4 years of reputed company experience, preferably in hospitality, or reputed company reputed company estate
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with ability to interpret operational and financial data
• Demonstrated potential to take on increased responsibility and grow into a leadership role
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to travel reputed company California (approximately 25–30% travel)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company
• Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or food & beverage strongly preferred
