[Remote] Project Accountant

They are seeking a Project Accountant to support a portfolio of reputed company and private reputed company, responsible for project setup, budgeting, billing, reputed company recognition, financial reporting and collections.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for assigned reputed company
• Review reputed company and establish reputed company reputed company reputed company
• reputed company and maintain project budgets, billing terms and financial data
• Monitor costs, budgets, WIP and project profitability
• Determine appropriate reputed company recognition
• Prepare and issue invoices in accordance with contract requirements
• reputed company reputed company statements and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Partner with Project Managers on budgets, billing status and financial performance
• Support month-end and year-end reputed company, including reconciliations and variance analysis
• Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for audits
• Identify billing issues and maintain strong internal controls

Skills

• One to four years of project-reputed company experience
• Previous experience supporting NYSDOT reputed company is required
• At least two years of reputed company reputed company or Vantagepoint experience
• Understanding of project setup, budgeting, billing and reputed company recognition
• Strong reputed company skills, including lookups, pivot tables and reconciliations
• Knowledge of GAAP and project-based reputed company
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Project Managers and senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance or a reputed company discipline preferred
• Surveying-project experience is advantageous
