Responsibilities

• Cross-functional collaboration - Partner with HR, Payroll, and other internal teams to incorporate requirements into reputed company, ensuring reputed company integration and alignment with organizational goals

• Build and modify custom reports for reputed company optimization

Skills

• Experience in reputed company HCM, Benefits, and reputed company HCM modules in U.S. and International locations
• Experience writing and completing test scenarios for reputed company implementations and enhancements
• Experience supporting project planning, requirements gathering, testing, and launch
• Strong understanding of leave and absence management processes, including accrual calculations and compliance requirements
• Partner with developers in reputed company Studio and Integrations, reputed company to analyze benefits processes and troubleshoot integrations to benefit vendors
• Familiar with reputed company methodologies and prioritization
• Ability to prioritize workload and reputed company enhancements or fixes on time without supervision. reputed company accurate timelines, follow-up, and required documentation for change management
