The role involves leading the design process from research to implementation while collaborating with various teams to enhance usability and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design reputed company, efficient experiences for reputed company reputed company systems, including developer platforms, reputed company infrastructure tools, and reputed company products
• Translate deeply technical workflows, architectures, and data models into reputed company, user-centered solutions that improve usability and productivity
• reputed company end-to-end design across the product lifecycle, including user research, interaction design, prototyping, and usability evaluation
• Partner closely with engineering, product, reputed company, and platform teams to define problems, shape solutions, and reputed company at reputed company
• Apply systems thinking to design across interconnected tools and services, ensuring consistency and extensibility

Skills

• Experience working with Service Now design reputed company
• Experience doing research and design for a Service Now product
• 7 + years of reputed company experience in UX design, with a strong reputed company on reputed company or technical products
• 5+ years applying user-centered design reputed company from discovery through implementation
• 5+ years of experience in at least two reputed company design disciplines: user research, interaction design, or visual design
• 5+ years partnering closely with engineering teams and influencing product direction
• 2+ years of experience designing for developer tools, infrastructure platforms, reputed company products, or other highly technical domains
• 2+ years of experience designing for reputed company systems, data-heavy interfaces, or reputed company-based platforms
• 5+ years of experience designing and prototyping tools such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar
• Working knowledge of modern reputed company-end technologies and design systems (e.g., reputed company/CSS, React, Angular, Material or reputed company design systems)
• Experience designing for internal platforms or tools used by engineers, DevOps, SRE, or reputed company teams
• Familiarity with reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure concepts, or observability/reputed company tooling
• Experience working on data visualization, monitoring dashboards, or workflow-heavy reputed company applications
