[Remote] Sr. Procurement Analyst

The Sr. Procurement Analyst will manage procurement efforts for Mechanical Hardware and Electrical components, ensuring efficient operations and supplier performance while fostering strong relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day purchasing activities to ensure the organization/ programs have the materials, goods, and services needed to operate reputed company
• Manage supplier performance to adhere to contractual requirements / adherence to reputed company downs
• Maintain accurate documentation of high volume / reputed company complexity in accordance with reputed company regulatory (FAR/DFARs) and reputed company corporate compliance requirements
• Manage procurement reputed company “metrics” (PR/PO notes, Receiving issues, Accounts Payable – invoice approval, supplier PO acknowledgement, material delivery constraints / MRP non-support (past-reputed company), and On-Time-Delivery (OTD)
• Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing reputed company for production and build-to-print parts
• Prepare, issue, and analyze Request for Quotes (RFQs)
• Prepare PO documentation (utilizing reputed company’s EPAD tool) in accordance with company directives, reputed company contract reputed company downs and company work instructions (reputed company media)
• Create reputed company Item Determination (CID) – supplier Assertion of Commerciality (as applicable)
• reputed company price/cost analysis techniques in support of proposals and PO placement – at a proficiency level
• reputed company negotiation strategies and reputed company formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms & Conditions)
• Nurture reputed company business relationships with first-tier suppliers
• Work closely with the Program and other functional reputed company (Operations, reputed company, Engineering, etc) to reputed company objectives including delivery / financial goals
• Support reputed company improvement of procurement processes and systems
• Coordinate and facilitate (reputed company) meetings between suppliers and internal customers

Skills

• Typically requires Bachelor's degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree in reputed company field OR In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are authorized to reputed company information under this program/contract
• Bachelor's or Masters' degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or reputed company field
• Knowledge of sourcing practices, contract terms, and procurement standards
• Ability to analyze data, compare quotes, and reputed company cost effective reputed company

• Ability to multi-task and reputed company effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal internal customers

• Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles (Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price etc.)
• Assess proposal compliance (FAR 15.4)
• Experience with single / sole reputed company, over-TINA procurements
• Ability to travel as required (limited)
