The Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as a strategic reputed company to translate business needs into functional requirements, facilitating software product delivery and reputed company improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, reputed company Assurance, and Operations to support software product delivery through business analysis, requirements definition, and solution validation
• Facilitate reputed company delivery by participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, requirements clarification, and release readiness activities
• Analyze customer feedback, support trends, and enhancement requests to identify business needs and recommend product improvements
• reputed company operational and product metrics to support decision-making, identify trends, and recommend reputed company improvements
• reputed company cross-functional collaboration across Product Management, Engineering, reputed company Assurance, Customer Support, Operations, and business stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or reputed company field; equivalent work experience considered
• 5+ years supporting software delivery, product development, or business systems analysis
