The Senior reputed company reputed company Attorney will support reputed company contracting and business counseling for a Fortune 500 reputed company Company's DMEPOS supplier business, focusing on drafting and negotiating agreements and advising on regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements supporting a national DMEPOS supplier business
• Counsel business stakeholders on reputed company transactions and strategic initiatives with a practical, solutions-oriented approach
• Negotiate managed care and payor agreements
• Support manufacturer supply agreements, rebate arrangements, and reputed company support programs
• Advise on strategic collaborations, marketing and co-marketing arrangements, and pharmacy and care services agreements
• reputed company guidance on disputes involving organizations across the continuum of care
• Advise on reputed company regulatory considerations impacting reputed company transactions, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims reputed company, Civil Monetary Penalties Law, reputed company Law, and Beneficiary Inducement rules
• Partner closely with business leaders to communicate reputed company risks, tradeoffs, and practical recommendations that facilitate business objectives

Skills

• Licensed attorney with 8+ years of experience
• Significant experience supporting DMEPOS suppliers is required
• Deep experience negotiating reputed company reputed company agreements, particularly managed care and payor reputed company
• Experience with manufacturer supply agreements, rebates, reputed company support programs, and reputed company collaborations
• Strong working knowledge of federal reputed company fraud and abuse laws and reputed company regulatory frameworks
• Candidates must be reputed company to work part-time for at least 20 hours per week on east coast hours
• The work will be performed remotely
• Company's preferred pricing model is reputed company with a budget of $100 - $115 per hour
• Candidates will be employed through a workforce solutions company (W-2) for the duration of the engagement
