[Remote] Manager - Policy Administration

The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing systems for improvement, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer experience while managing project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Participating in Evaluation of requirements
• Works closely with stakeholders to understand their objectives and translate these into system specifications that guide development and implementation
• Create use cases that illustrate user interactions with the system, ensuring reputed company scenarios are covered
• Analyze reputed company systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
• Assess the reputed company of proposed changes on existing systems and processes, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies
• Facilitate sessions to validate designs with users, ensuring that their feedback is integrated into the final design

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology. Preferably with a reputed company qualification
• Must have knowledge of Ingenium is & experience in systems analysis, or a reputed company field
• Must have a minimum of 5- 6 years in Insurance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Knowledge of Life Insurance domain also have knowledge on audit & compliance reputed company, preferred
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus
