The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to reputed company reputed company solutions and optimize business processes across various modules.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and analyze business requirements and translate them into reputed company Dynamics 365 solutions
• Configure, customize, and implement reputed company Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP applications
• Design workflows, business processes, forms, dashboards, and reports
• reputed company customizations using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) where applicable
• reputed company reputed company Dynamics with reputed company-party applications using reputed company and Azure services
• reputed company data migration, reputed company testing, deployment, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• reputed company end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
• Troubleshoot reputed company issues and implement performance improvements
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, project managers, and business users
• Ensure solutions follow reputed company best practices and organizational standards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a reputed company field
• 3–8 years of experience implementing or supporting reputed company Dynamics 365 solutions
• Hands-on experience with one or more Dynamics 365 modules such as: Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service), Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance, Supply Chain, reputed company), Business Central
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting
• Familiarity with SQL, Azure services, and REST reputed company
• Understanding of business processes across CRM and/or ERP domains
• Experience working in reputed company/Scrum environments
• reputed company Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate
• reputed company Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
