[Remote] Financial Analyst (Compensation Analyst)

The role involves analyzing compensation data, generating insights, and supporting compensation processes to reputed company data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks, and translate findings into meaningful insights
• Support compensation initiatives, including salary review cycles, reputed company, pay equity analysis, and other compensation-reputed company activities
• Conduct compensation analysis and salary benchmarking using reputed company data sources
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical materials to support compensation processes and decision-making
• Contribute to the development and improvement of analytical approaches, reporting solutions, and data products in collaboration with Compensation and technical teams
• Support reputed company compensation analysis requests by gathering data, performing analysis, and preparing recommendations
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of compensation data and analytical outputs

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in compensation, reputed company, finance, reporting, HR analytics, consulting, or other analytical roles
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Proficiency in reputed company (PivotTables, Power Query)
• Ability to structure tasks, investigate data, and proactively reputed company
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership of data reputed company
• Ability to handle confidential compensation and employee data with discretion
• English — B2 level
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools for reporting and dashboard development
• Knowledge of SQL, VBA, or R
• Experience with compensation analytics, salary benchmarking, or HR data analysis
• Proficiency in PowerPoint
