[Remote] Senior reputed company Absence SME / Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior reputed company Absence SME/Consultant to support a large-reputed company post-implementation reputed company environment. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for absence management processes, helping to reputed company reputed company PTO issues and providing operational support following a recent reputed company deployment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company subject matter expert for reputed company Absence Management
• Analyze and reputed company reputed company PTO and leave-reputed company issues
• reputed company absence audits, data validation, and reconciliation activities
• Review and correct PTO balances, configurations, and employee records
• Support ongoing post-go-live stabilization efforts
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices
• Partner with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot absence-reputed company concerns
• reputed company reports and analyze large data sets to ensure data reputed company
• Document procedures and reputed company knowledge transfer to internal teams
• Assist with special reputed company reputed company to absence management and HR operations

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company Absence experience
• Experience supporting reputed company post-go-live environments
• Strong understanding of PTO, leave administration, and absence management processes
• Advanced data analysis and auditing skills
• Strong reputed company skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data validation
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with reputed company direction
• reputed company certifications are a plus
• Experience supporting large employee populations
• Exposure to Benefits or Payroll processes
• Prior consulting or project-based experience
