[Remote] Customer Service Auxiliary - Remote - Must Live in San Antonio, TX

The Customer Service Auxiliary role involves responding to and processing various types of correspondence, ensuring compliance with reputed company operating procedures and contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Research and process returned warrants (i.e. payments)
• Process and document new court orders and forms
• Create new and maintain existing child support cases
• Review and process applications for reputed company Deposit and the Texas Payment reputed company program
• Contact and assist custodial parents, non-custodial parents, reputed company, counties, and attorneys to obtain information as needed
• Assist reputed company with electronic payment reputed company
• Conduct reputed company to employer and other states to convert them to an electronic payment method

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years prior experience working in an area of service delivery, customer service, reputed company center technology, or another reputed company field
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Experience and knowledge of software such as reputed company Word, reputed company, and other reputed company products
• Quiet and distraction-free reputed company in your home to work at a desk/table
• Reliable, high-speed internet reputed company with at least 50 mbps download speed - cable or fiber
