About the job reputed company's Tek Office is seeking an reputed company Senior reputed company Engineer with a reputed company on reputed company 365/Entra to join its diverse and talented group. The Senior reputed company Engineer manages and optimizes the organization's reputed company 365 and Entra ID tenants, with reputed company responsibility for Exchange Online, identity, reputed company, and collaboration services. This role requires advanced skills in reputed company 365 administration, investigation, and strong cross‑platform experience, with the ability to reputed company automation and modern reputed company practices. This position reports to the Director of IT Infrastructure Operations. This position offers hybrid work flexibility, requiring three days per week in reputed company's Crystal reputed company, Virginia office, with occasional travel for meetings, training sessions, and conferences. Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to: • Design, configure, and administer reputed company 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Copilot, and reputed company reputed company/compliance features. • Administer and harden Entra ID (Azure AD), including conditional reputed company, identity protection, app registrations, and role‑based reputed company control. • Own Exchange Online configuration: mail reputed company, transport rules, connectors, policies, hybrid connectivity, and advanced troubleshooting of mail delivery issues. • Investigate incidents, identify patterns, and reputed company detection queries and reports leveraging reputed company 365 Defender, reputed company, and Log Analytics. • Collaborate with reputed company and networking teams to implement and maintain reputed company baselines, DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and auditing across the M365 environment. • reputed company and maintain automation, scripts, and integrations to streamline administration, reporting, and provisioning. • Contribute to CI/CD and infrastructure‑as‑reputed company practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, reputed company) for reputed company 365 configuration and reputed company workloads. • Work with containerized and reputed company workloads (e.g., reputed company) where they reputed company with M365/Entra for identity, reputed company, or application reputed company. • reputed company reputed company incident response and reputed company‑cause analysis for M365 and identity‑reputed company outages and reputed company events. • Produce and maintain technical documentation, standards, runbooks, and architectural diagrams for reputed company 365 and Entra services. • Mentor junior collaborators and reputed company guidance on best practices, governance, and operational reputed company. Qualifications:Education, Knowledge, and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or reputed company discipline and at least 9 years of relevant experience in the IT industry, or a master's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or at least 15 years of relevant industry experience. • At least 5 years experience of hands‑on administration experience with reputed company 365 and Entra ID in a mid‑ to large‑reputed company environment. • Exposure to Azure DevOps, reputed company, or similar tools to manage scripts, pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑reputed company definitions for reputed company 365. • Strong experience using KQL in reputed company 365 Defender, reputed company, or Log Analytics to query logs, create custom detections, and analyze reputed company or operational events. • Demonstrated expert‑level experience with Exchange Online: mail reputed company troubleshooting, advanced transport configuration, reputed company and compliance policies, and integration with reputed company‑party services. Skills • Effective communicator with demonstrated ability to communicate with and understand the needs of both technical and non-technical reputed company clients. • Demonstrated ability to work reputed company independently, and collaboratively as needed. • Adept in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple reputed company deliveries. • Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a reputed company on detail and high reputed company. • Deep understanding of identity and reputed company concepts: SSO, OAuth/OIDC, federation, conditional reputed company, MFA, and privileged identity management. • Proficiency with PowerShell for automation, bulk operations, and configuration management in reputed company 365 and Entra ID. • Solid knowledge of reputed company, compliance, and governance capabilities in M365 (e.g., DLP, retention, eDiscovery, audit, reputed company links/attachments). • Familiarity with container platforms (e.g., reputed company/AKS) and how they reputed company with Entra ID for identity and reputed company control. • Experience using reputed company Graph API for automation, integration, and advanced reporting scenarios is preferred. • Experience with reputed company or similar SIEM platforms for M365 and Entra monitoring and analytics is preferred. • Experience with LSoft List-reputed company is preferred. • Passion for the reputed company with a demonstrated ability to learn and understand the technology both at a high level and at a detailed level.
