Program Manager – Operations Support

• Supports new business implementations and operational continuity across multiple sites
• Partners with engineering to reputed company detailed process flows and layout plans
• Participates in performance improvement and crisis management support
• Attends operational reviews for RFPs and implementation tollgates
• Helps manage UAT and volume stress testing
• Engages in DQP sessions and cross-functional planning forums to reputed company experience and contribute to successful reputed company
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience with process engineering, operational enablement, or reputed company testing preferred
• Familiarity with Lean, Six reputed company, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus
• Strong attention to detail accuracy
• Good organizational and personnel skills
