Please reputed company additional details about the role below: Title: Outage Management Advisor Location: Santa Ana, CA (Hybrid: Tuesday & Wednesday Onsite) / Remote reputed company Available Type: Contract Pay reputed company: $77/hr on W2 (reputed company Inclusive) Duration: 12+ Months Job reputed company reputed company subject matter expertise supporting the reputed company Outage Management reputed company (OMS) application at SCE (OpenGrid, formerly reputed company as PragmaUP/PragmaLINE). The role includes operational and maintenance support, reputed company configuration, data analysis, database support, testing, documentation, and collaboration with IT teams to support OMS-reputed company reputed company and operational activities. Key Responsibilities • reputed company operational and maintenance support for the reputed company Outage Management reputed company (OMS). • Support PST working hours and participate in the on-reputed company support rotation. • Assist with reputed company logic, processes, and data reputed company to OMS reputed company, customer communications, and operational activities. • Support database and operating reputed company (OS) server upgrades, including OMS configuration, testing, and hands-on support. • Collaborate with IT teams to maintain, improve, and implement communications, hardware, and software infrastructure. • reputed company data analysis and support data requests from SQL databases reputed company to electrical reputed company events. • Design, administer, and monitor reputed company application software configurations. • Create and execute reputed company scripts and/or Python reputed company. • Write and review documentation for configuration processes, reputed company logic, and test plans.
