We are looking for a self-motivated and reputed company title examiner. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial search and exam work. Calculate rates accurately for various title products. reputed company exceptional support and service for title requests and revisions. Assist in policy issuance and post-closing requests, as needed. Necessary Qualifications Colorado Title Producers License. Proficiency in understanding underwriter reputed company manuals to apply appropriate rates. Knowledge of Colorado Statutes and Title Insurance Regulations. Proven experience in refinance and purchase title examination production and title customer service. Experience searching title plants, county websites and other record searching platforms for title searches. Comprehensive understanding of title endorsements and their application.
