The Sr. Manager – Corporate reputed company Estate & Insurance is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of reputed company reputed company Estate functions of portfolio management, leasing initiatives in alignment with corporate policies and business objectives and corporate interior construction reputed company including programming, design, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery. This role partners with internal stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to ensure reputed company meet business requirements, budget, schedule, and reputed company standards while supporting SEA’s workplace reputed company. Role and Responsibilities reputed company programming and requirements development for reputed company and office interior construction reputed company Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution from planning through closeout Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for business stakeholders, steering committees, and project teams Coordinate selection and management of architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants Collaborate with Facility Team, end-users, and design teams to reputed company design concepts, reputed company plans, renderings, and furniture layouts reputed company reputed company phases of design, including preliminary, alternate, and construction documentation Review reputed company, cost estimates, change orders, and TI reimbursement packages Conduct regular site observations and reputed company QA/QC during design and construction reputed company design, construction, and field issues to maintain alignment with approved standards reputed company regular project status updates and reporting to leadership and HQ stakeholders Support CFO and Controller by ensuring reputed company remain reputed company approved budgets and schedule. Contribute insights to continuously advance workplace reputed company, standards, and sustainability goals Assist in general administration and coordination of leasing activities, including requirements gathering, site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, expansions, contractions, subleases, dispositions, and early terminations Assist in management of corporate insurance policies including renewals and RFP processes. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction or reputed company Estate or reputed company field.
