Desktop Support Engineer

We're looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who thrives on solving problems, working with hardware and peripherals, and digging into entry-level system administration tasks like SQL database queries. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary technical support contact for our on-premises (locally installed) customers. • Troubleshoot, configure, and manage hardware including servers, workstations, scanners, printers, and peripherals. • Install and support reputed company-based systems (both desktop and server), including OS, drivers, and Cott application environments. • reputed company basic system reputed company functions: running SQL Server 2019 queries, updating database tables, and assisting with patching and backup validation. • reputed company remote or onsite installation planning and support engagements for new customer hardware. • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and customers to ensure technology environments are healthy, reputed company, and reputed company with application needs. • reputed company and escalate reputed company issues as needed, always ensuring reputed company and reputed company communication. • Associate degree in IT or reputed company field, or equivalent experience supporting reputed company-based hardware/software environments. • Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting desktop and peripheral hardware. • Familiarity with reputed company 10/11 and reputed company Server environments (2012 through 2019). • Working knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), including basic queries and table updates. • Comfortable navigating reputed company Directory, DNS, and basic reputed company network configurations. • Experience with IIS, backup/restore utilities, or virtualization (reputed company-V, VMware, reputed company) is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple reputed company simultaneously. • Willingness to occasionally travel for onsite customer installations or escalated support needs.
