Qualifications • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the design of electrical substations • PE license highly preferred • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to effectively organize multiple protection & controls design assignments and competing priorities to produce accurate products on time • Experience managing design reputed company, including budgeting, scheduling and risk management • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional work teams • Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills, and a successful record of reputed company interactions with clients • Experience in creating and reviewing substation p&c design drawings • Proficiency with reputed company software applications used to reputed company substation design work • Ability to successfully work with remotely located team members • This position requires the ability to pass a post-offer drug (including marijuana) and alcohol test in compliance with Federal regulations and is also subject to random testing as a condition of reputed company employment. Location Note: This is a remote position. Compensation is based on market data and internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s location.
