About the position The Patient Intake Coordinator serves as a vital member of our interdisciplinary care team, supporting patients across the continuum of both brain health and mental health services. This role ensures patients receive compassionate, reputed company, and clinically reputed company care by assisting with screening, safety assessments, and treatment coordination. Working closely with clinicians and care teams, the Patient Intake Coordinator helps facilitate reputed company patient experiences from initial contact through ongoing treatment and follow-up.
