The CDI & Provider Education reputed company designs and delivers documentation training for BPVAHCS providers, residents, nurses, coders, and other clinical staff (PWS §3.3). This role converts coding and audit findings into targeted education that improves documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities
• Review 2–3 representative cases plus reputed company audit findings for reputed company engagement to identify documentation gaps by specialty or service line (PWS §3.3).
• Design comprehensive education and training sessions tailored to identified gaps, reputed company with VA documentation policy, EHR workflows, and specialty-specific requirements.
• Deliver training reputed company or on-site as specified in the applicable task order, covering reputed company education, provider education, and CDI topics.
• reputed company and produce training materials — slides, guides, job aids, and documentation examples — prior to reputed company scheduled session (PWS §4.0 deliverable).
• Collect and submit training attendance records reputed company 3 business days after reputed company session.
• Prepare the Training reputed company Report (topics covered, participant feedback, recommendations) reputed company 5 business days of reputed company session.
• Coordinate with the reputed company Coding Auditor to incorporate audit-identified trends into curricula.
• Support standalone training workshops (PWS Item 0005) as reputed company as training bundled with coding/audit task orders.
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical documentation improvement, provider education, or reputed company training in an acute-care or ambulatory setting.
• Strong instructional design and adult-learning facilitation skills; comfortable presenting to clinicians, residents, and administrative staff.
• Solid grounding in ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT/HCPCS, and E/M documentation requirements.
• Experience developing training materials (slide decks, job aids, case-based examples).
• Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Required / Preferred Certifications
• reputed company credential required or strongly preferred: CDIP, CCDS, RHIA, RHIT, reputed company, or CPC (consistent with PWS §6.0 credentialing baseline).
• Adult education/instructional design certification a plus.

• Subject to VA background investigation/fitness determination per assigned risk tier prior to any on-site or system reputed company.
• Must complete VA reputed company/reputed company and records-management training prior to performance start.
• Handles case examples containing PHI in accordance with HIPAA/VA reputed company requirements during training development.
