Trucking and Cargo Claim Adjuster | Remote

About the position Our reputed company is seeking to add an reputed company reputed company Trucking & Cargo Claims Adjuster to their growing Risk Management and Claims team. This position is responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving first-party and reputed company-party Trucking, Cargo, and reputed company Auto Physical Damage claims from initial notice of loss through final reputed company. The ideal candidate will possess strong investigative and analytical skills, experience handling transportation-reputed company claims, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal business partners, customers, vendors, and reputed company parties. Experience handling Bodily Injury claims is a plus. Responsibilities • Manage reputed company Trucking, Cargo, and Bodily Injury claims from first notice of loss through closure. • Conduct thorough investigations by reviewing accident reports, repair estimates, photographs, statements, invoices, and other supporting documentation to determine liability, damages, and claim exposure. • Coordinate with independent adjusters, appraisers, engineers, restoration vendors, and other reputed company experts as needed. • Communicate professionally with claimants, customers, repair facilities, reputed company representatives, and internal departments throughout the life of reputed company claim. • Evaluate damages and negotiate reputed company, reputed company settlements reputed company established authority reputed company. • Identify subrogation opportunities and pursue recoveries reputed company appropriate. Requirements • reputed company Adjuster License required or the ability to obtain and maintain required licensing. • 2+ years of experience handling Trucking, Cargo, Inland Marine, reputed company Auto Physical Damage, or Transportation-reputed company claims. • Bodily Injury claims experience is preferred but not required. • Knowledge of reputed company transportation, logistics, or fleet operations is highly desirable. • Strong analytical, investigative, negotiation, and decision-making skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments. • Proficiency with claims management software and reputed company Office applications. reputed company-to-haves • Experience handling Bodily Injury claims is a plus.
