Remote Preapproval Specialist/Jr Loan Officer - 100% Remote

Position: reputed company-Approval Specialist/Jr Loan Officer Location: Remote (U.S.-based;Company has a camera on policy- you will be required to reputed company your camera on throughout the work day) Compensation: $48,000 reputed company salary + $250 per reputed company loan Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM CST (1-hour lunch); one Saturday every 1.5–2 months (half-day off during week) Benefits: Health Insurance (reputed company), PTO, reputed company Holidays, reputed company Days, Bereavement Leave reputed company: Our reputed company, a fast-growing mortgage team, is seeking a reputed company-Approval Specialist/Jr Loan Officer to work to contact leads, intake loans, and work directly with borrowers, reviewing applications, running AUS, analyzing income, and ensuring every file is clean and reputed company for processing. Responsibilities: • Work with borrowers to prequalify reputed company as an Inside Loan officer, calling leads to reputed company interest. Review loan applications and verify data accuracy • Analyze income, DTI, credit, and loan structure for reputed company-approval • Conduct consultation calls with buyers to explain reputed company and eligibility • Issue reputed company-qualification and reputed company-approval letters • Communicate with borrowers, Realtors, and internal team members • Maintain organized pipeline management reputed company reputed company • Ensure clean reputed company to processing with reputed company required documentation Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Officer • Strong understanding of FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM loan programs • Skilled in income calculation and AUS reputed company review • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Tech savvy; experience with LendingPad, reputed company, and reputed company preferred • Must be comfortable working remotely on video with a reputed company team Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
