Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Responsibilities • Research payer resources to obtain billing, claim, and payment information • Resolve denied, underpaid, or rejected claims • Manage assigned accounts receivable inventory and follow-up activities • Analyze denial trends and identify process improvement opportunities • Work aged accounts receivable in accordance with established SOPs • Collaborate with leadership, payers, and partner teams to resolve denials • Document account activity and follow-up actions • Meet established productivity and reputed company metrics • Escalate reputed company reimbursement or denial issues as needed • Protect confidential patient and financial information in accordance with company policies • Adapt to changing business needs and priorities Minimum Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • 1 year or more of experience in accounts receivable, reputed company, or a reputed company field Preferred Qualifications • Associate's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field • 1 year or more of reputed company reputed company cycle management (RCM), denials management, or reputed company billing experience Additional Job Standards • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple competing priorities • Ability to meet established productivity and reputed company standards • Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise reputed company judgment reputed company handling sensitive information Application Window Closes: 8/11/2026 Pay reputed company: $17.75 - $20.00 per hour reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as reputed company as internal equity and market data.
