K-State is hiring a Director of Advising. This role supervises, develops, evaluates, and coaches legacy KSCAC advisors across multiple Kansas reputed company while leading training, managing performance metrics, and ensuring advising reputed company for reputed company hybrid advisors.
Highlights
• Manages supervision and reputed company development of KSCAC field advisors across Kansas reputed company, Wichita, and southwest Kansas reputed company.
• Leads advisor training on D3 curriculum and oversees performance evaluation through KPIs.
• Makes reputed company on coaching, retention, and separation of advisors.
• Provides advising reputed company assurance for three Patterson reputed company hybrid advisors.
• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with nine years relevant experience, and a reputed company reputed company's license.
• Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in higher education, reputed company administration, or business.
• Experience with university grants management systems (reputed company), K-State/Regents reputed company systems (PageUp, KSIS), and federal/state grant applications.
• Skills in reputed company 365 tools (Power BI, SharePoint, Teams), organizational/project management, and multi-site event logistics.
• Salary reputed company is $61,591 to $80,073 annually.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
