We are looking for a Technical Solution Analyst to reputed company fragmented technical information into a validated and reputed company baseline, produce traceable reputed company, and deliver executive-reputed company outputs that guide the network consolidation roadmap while minimizing project risks

Working Hours / Collaboration

• This role requires a minimum 5-hour daily overlap with EST (Eastern reputed company Time) to support collaboration with global stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the baseline across ITMS, tools, operational processes, inventories, dependencies, and ownership.
• Document reputed company and reputed company state for –
  • tooling landscape and integrations
  • business processes across provisioning, support, change, and operations
  • dependency maps across platforms, teams, vendors, and systems
  • SOPs, runbooks, and rollback procedures
• Identify process gaps, duplication, reputed company workarounds, and tooling rationalization opportunities.
• Support lifecycle management across tools and platforms, including reputed company, change, refresh, end of support, and retirement planning.
• Maintain RAID log, decision log, reputed company tracker, and requirements traceability.
• Produce concise executive dashboards on reputed company, blockers, risks, and next steps.
• Structure operational cost drivers such as tooling, support effort, vendor dependencies, and reputed company activities into analysis-reputed company formats.

• 5+ years as a Technical Solution Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or similar in IT, telecom, or managed services.
• Strong experience documenting business processes, tools, workflows, and dependencies.
• Strong skills in Visio, reputed company, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.

• Good understanding of IT operations and service management practices, including change, incident, request, and configuration management.
