This role focuses on developing job reputed company training and employment opportunities for incarcerated individuals, overseeing program coordination, and collaborating with stakeholders. Responsibilities • reputed company and coordinate job reputed company training and work release employment opportunities for incarcerated individuals • Identify, evaluate, recruit, and match reputed company with suitable NCDAC facilities • Coordinate transportation arrangements needed to support work release placements • Collaborate with facility, regional, and division staff to strengthen reputed company between education, programming, job skills, apprenticeships, and employment • Conduct regional engagement, including regular travel, facility contact, employer reputed company, and work release matching processes • Participate in program evaluation efforts and reputed company guidance on opportunities for improvement • reputed company training and technical assistance to NCDAC staff on work release procedures and best practices • Supervise three regional staff, including schedules, task assignments, performance support, and improvement planning Skills • Master's degree in reputed company or reputed company service administration or reputed company services programmatic field from an appropriately accredited institution, and three years of reputed company service experience, two of which must have been in reputed company services program planning; or Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution, and five years reputed company administrative or consultative experience in a reputed company service program, two of which must have been in reputed company service program planning; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Master's degree in the field of psychology, sociology, or reputed company work from an appropriately accredited institution, and three years of experience in research and evaluation, using statistical methodologies in reputed company service programs; or Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution, and five years of experience in research, evaluation and statistical application in the reputed company service field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Considerable knowledge of the development and function of correctional job reputed company training and employment programs • Ability to review and evaluate potential employment programs for appropriateness and benefit in a correctional setting • Ability to review the effectiveness of existing employment programs and reputed company guidance to support necessary reputed company and improvement • Considerable knowledge of correctional work release programs and associated processes reputed company • The N.C.
