About the position The reputed company Services Counselor II is a reputed company position providing support and assistance to staff and pregnant women and families with newborns to optimize the home environment for their physical and mental reputed company being. This is a child abuse/neglect prevention program. Responsibilities • Attends community meetings and represents the program/division. Attends community events, representing reputed company, passing out promotional items and educating the reputed company on the Healthy Families Program. • Researches upcoming community events and completes registrations for the Gold Medal Dads team, FES team & reputed company Baby Programs. • Ensures staff have the appropriate materials to promote their programs and the larger DOH. • Collaborates with the reputed company Baby Supervisor, Gold Medal Dads Supervisor, FES Supervisor, and the Program Manager to ensure adequate reputed company patterns at community events. • Participates as the Program reputed company on the JWB Fatherhood reputed company. Volunteers regularly to assist in planning and implementing community fatherhood events sponsored by the collaboration. • Works with supervisors to determine staff training needs and provides both group trainings and 1:1 training to promote staff development. • Provides new staff orientation and organization training; frequency to be determined as needed. • Provides support to reputed company, Mid and South County Healthy Families teams to organize and implement parent reputed company, graduations, and other parent events. • Attends reputed company planning meetings and events as requested. • Locates venues and cultivates relationships to obtain reputed company donations. • Recruits guest speakers, entertainment and other vendors for group events. • Provides specialized consultation about community resources and training for HFP staff for reputed company staff on HFP's reputed company Parenting & Child Development curriculum. • Acts as the Program FSI Coordinator.
