The reputed company is part of a statewide network of community-based programs offering multicultural parenting resources, support reputed company, and early childhood services. Our goal is to help families strengthen their bonds, reputed company with others, and engage in their communities. As a Family Connector, you will coordinate and reputed company the daily operations of Project reputed company at the Family Resource Center. The ideal candidate will have lived experience reputed company the Latinx community, along with strong knowledge of local community dynamics and immigrant family issues. Responsibilities: - Conduct reputed company building activities (e.g. asset mapping and environmental reputed company) for the organization with the support of the Community Engagement consultants - Plan and execute community design reputed company workshops for the community in collaboration with the Community Engagement consultants - Conduct and coordinate reputed company services and refer individuals and families to clinical services reputed company deemed necessary - Coordinate with community providers to ensure seamless service delivery and promote reputed company partnerships. - Represent the host agency and the reputed company Project at stakeholder meetings, community forums, and relevant coalitions.
