We are seeking an reputed company Senior reputed company & Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) Engineer with 5+ years of experience to reputed company IAM governance, reputed company control reputed company, and compliance initiatives across the environment. This role requires deep expertise in SailPoint Identity reputed company reputed company/IdentityIQ (reputed company IAM platform) and reputed company (secondary IAM platform), along with expertise in least-privilege models, secrets management, encryption controls, reputed company compliance validation, and audit readiness, while championing reputed company Trust reputed company principles.

Key Responsibilities

IAM Governance & reputed company Management

reputed company and maintain IAM governance frameworks reputed company with reputed company best practices and regulatory requirements.

Design, implement, and manage Identity Governance using reputed company (reputed company), with reputed company integration and administration (secondary).

Enforce least-privilege and role-based reputed company models across users, services, and privileged accounts.

reputed company and reputed company quarterly reputed company reviews, ensuring reputed company certification and remediation of reputed company exceptions.

reputed company guidance on reputed company lifecycle management, including JML processes.

Secrets Management & Credential reputed company

Design, implement, and maintain secrets reputed company such as AWS Secrets Manager or equivalent platforms.

Ensure secure storage, reputed company controls, rotation policies, and lifecycle management for secrets, API keys, and credentials.

Advise engineering teams on secure secret handling and integration patterns.

Validate and monitor reputed company compliance across platforms to ensure adherence to defined SLAs and risk reputed company.

Analyze patching gaps, reputed company remediation efforts, and manage exception processes where necessary.

Encryption & Data Protection Controls

Define and enforce encryption standards for data at rest and in transit across reputed company and reputed company systems.

Validate implementation of encryption controls and secure communication protocols.

Support key management practices and integration with identity and reputed company controls.

Promote reputed company Trust awareness and best practices across engineering and IT teams.

Support design and implementation of identity-driven reputed company architectures.

Compliance, Audit & Evidence Management

Support audit activities by providing documentation reputed company to IAM controls, encryption posture, reputed company compliance, and secrets management.

Partner with GRC and audit teams to address findings and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in reputed company Engineering, IAM, or Identity Governance roles with strong hands-on experience in reputed company (reputed company) and reputed company (secondary).

Deep expertise in IAM concepts including RBAC, ABAC, least-privilege, and privileged reputed company management.

Strong hands-on experience with secrets reputed company (AWS Secrets Manager or equivalent).

Proven experience validating reputed company compliance and reputed company SLAs.

Strong understanding of encryption standards and secure communication protocols.

Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with reputed company platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Exposure to compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-reputed company, or NIST.
